How to Register for COIDA Online in 2024

The Department of Employment and Labour has digitized COIDA registration. Employers can now complete the entire process online without visiting a physical office.

Portal Registration Steps

1. Visit labour.gov.za
2. Click “Online Services” → “COIDA”
3. Create employer profile with email verification
4. Complete business details and industry classification
5. Upload PDF documents
6. Submit and track application status

Digital Certificate

Once approved, download your COIDA registration certificate and Letter of Good Standing directly from the portal. Print and display at your premises.
