How to Register for COIDA Online
The Department of Employment and Labour has introduced online COIDA registration through their official portal. Follow these steps:

- Receive your COIDA registration certificate via email
COIDA Registration Fees
There is no upfront registration fee. However, employers must pay annual assessment tariffs based on their total wage bill and industry classification. These tariffs range from 0.21% to 8.50% of total earnings.
Letter of Good Standing
Once registered and compliant, you can download your Letter of Good Standing from the online portal. This letter is required for government tenders, contracts, and B-BBEE certification.
